1. Description of the service

Metrika is an AI-assisted organizational diagnostics platform that allows organizations to assess internal operating issues through anonymous interviews.

2. Registration and account

• Registration is required to use the service
• The user is responsible for the security of their account
• A valid email address must be provided
• One person may register one account

3. Terms of use

The service may only be used for lawful purposes. The following are prohibited:

• Circumventing security mechanisms
• Unauthorized access to other users' data
• Overloading the service or querying it automatically without authorization
• Uploading unlawful content

4. Intellectual property

The Metrika platform, its source code, design, and content are the intellectual property of the provider. Interview data generated by the user remains the user's property.

5. Data processing

Detailed information about data processing is available in the Privacy Policy which forms an integral part of these Terms.

6. Service levels

We strive for continuous availability, but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Users will be notified in advance about planned maintenance.

7. Limitation of liability

Metrika provides AI-assisted analyses for informational purposes. The provider is not responsible for business decisions made on the basis of those analyses.

8. Fees

The free plan may be used without a time limit. Pricing for paid plans is available on the Pricing page. Fees may be changed with prior notice.

9. Termination

• Users may delete their account at any time
• When an account is deleted, associated data is permanently removed
• The provider may suspend an account in case of a violation of these Terms

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. Hungarian courts have jurisdiction in case of disputes.
