Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about leadership concerns, anonymity, launch, and what you receive at the end.
What leaders usually ask first
?Will this show that I am a bad leader?
That is not the goal. Metrika does not rate individuals; it surfaces operating patterns around communication, decision-making, workload, and trust. The report helps leadership decide where to start, not who to blame.
?What is this useful for if I only feel that something is off?
That is exactly where it helps. Leadership often sees symptoms first: slower decisions, worse mood, overload, uncertainty. Metrika turns those signals into an aggregated organizational picture and shows where to start.
?Is this an HR tool or leadership decision support?
Metrika works as leadership decision support. HR and operations teams can use it too, but the goal is not administration. The goal is to give leadership a clear view of operating blockers and next steps.
?What size companies is it for?
It was built primarily for 20-300 person SMBs where leadership already feels organizational friction, but does not have dedicated HR analytics or consulting capacity for fast diagnosis.
Launch and participation
?How much coordination does it take to start?
Very little. After registration, the assessment can start without friction and no payment is needed for the first steps. Invitations are sent automatically, and employees receive their access link by email.
?Do we need a sales call or upfront consultation?
No. Metrika can be launched self-serve. There is no mandatory sales call, long scheduling loop, or opaque proposal process just to start an assessment.
?What is the interview like for employees?
The Metrika AI chatbot is available anytime so employees can complete the interview. The conversation is guided, short, and focused on the most important areas of team operations.
?Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The interview works on mobile, tablet, and desktop. Employees can complete it when it is convenient for them.
Anonymity and trust
?Will we see who said what?
No. Leadership does not see individual responses or raw interviews. Reporting shows aggregated patterns and organizational blockers, with a minimum group threshold in place.
?If invitations are sent by email, is it still anonymous?
The email address used for invitations supports the logistics of the assessment. Individual answers, raw interviews, and person-level feedback do not appear in the leadership report.
?What if people are afraid to answer honestly?
That is understandable. This is why Metrika is not built for individual control. The communication should emphasize that the goal is to improve how the organization works, not to identify people.
?Where is the data stored?
Data is stored on European servers in an encrypted database. The process is designed with GDPR considerations in mind, and AI processing happens in a controlled provider environment.
Report and results
?What do we receive at the end?
Not a raw data dump, but a leadership report: recurring patterns, risk signals, strengths, and focus areas for where to start.
?What exactly does Metrika measure?
It reviews the organization across 9 areas: leadership, communication, decision-making, workload, recognition, trust, collaboration, strategic clarity, and development opportunities.
?Does it tell us who will leave or burn out?
No. Metrika does not predict individuals. It surfaces risk patterns: where turnover or burnout risk may be rising and where leadership should intervene.
?When do we receive the report?
The report is prepared within 48 hours after responses close. The goal is for leadership to receive feedback while it is still timely and actionable.
Pricing and next steps
?Can we start without paying first?
Yes. No upfront payment is required to start the assessment, so you can try the process without friction. Report delivery is tied to the terms of the selected package.
?Can we see the price upfront?
Yes. Metrika uses assessment-based packages instead of custom consulting proposals that are hard to compare. Current packages are listed on the pricing page.
?Do we need a consultant to execute it?
No. The process can be completed self-serve. Deeper interpretation or organizational development support can be a separate decision, but it is not required to use Metrika.
