1. Data controller

The data controller is the operator of the Metrika service. Contact: info@getmetrika.hu

2. What data do we process?

2.1 Registered users (campaign creators)

  • Email address and password (hashed)
  • Company profile data (optional): company name, industry, size
  • Campaign data: name, description, settings

2.2 Interview participants (anonymous)

We do not collect personal data from participants. We do not ask for names, email addresses, or any personal identifiers. Responses are stored anonymously and cannot be traced back to individuals.

2.3 Early access / waitlist subscribers

For early access subscribers, we store only the email address, under the following conditions:

  • The legal basis is the subscriber's voluntary consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
  • We use the email address only to notify you when the service launches.
  • We store the data until the public launch of the service, but for no longer than 12 months, after which it is automatically deleted.

  • We do not transfer the email address to third parties.

3. Purpose of processing

  • Running diagnostic interviews
  • Preparing AI-assisted analyses and summaries
  • Operating and improving the service

4. Legal basis

For registered users, the legal basis is performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For anonymous interview data, no personal data is processed.

5. Processors

  • OpenAI - AI processing for interviews and analysis. OpenAI does not use this data for model training.
  • Hosting provider - infrastructure operations, European data center

6. Storage and security

We store data in an encrypted PostgreSQL database on European servers. Passwords are protected with bcrypt hashing. Communication takes place over HTTPS.

7. Data subject rights

As a registered user, you have the right to:

  • Access your data
  • Request correction of your data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Request restriction of processing
  • Request data portability
  • Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

8. Cookies

We use the session cookie required for the service to function (httpOnly). We do not use marketing or analytics cookies.
